Today's track is from Jonathan Fowlkes' latest album, "Skylines" (Apr. 2014). The entire album is fantastic and listening to it makes me want to dust off my old Sega Master System and start playing classic racing games back to back. Haha. Love it! Check out my previous blog post to learn more about this talented electronic music producer from Tennessee and hear some additional tracks!

Pretty f*cking sweet tune from Lukasz Sychowicz of X-Ray. <3 Get this in your ears! I'm not sure when exactly this track was produced, but I know that the song was uploaded to Youtube about 4 years ago. Click here to learn more about Sychowicz and his band of awesome cohorts and listen to more music! Happy Monday! :D I don't normally say that since I truly believe Mondays suck major balls and we should have three-day weekends. Haha. Today is different, though, thanks to this fantastic Chicken Lips remix of a reggae track by Mattafix. You'll find the original on the 2005 EP, "To And Fro." Mattafix is a pretty awesome duo. Marlon Roudette and Preetesh Hirjiwere produced music together from 2005 - 2010 and their sounds ranged from downtempo and ragga hip hop to electro and breaks. Also from the UK, Chicken Lips is known for breaks, electro and tech house. Andy Meecham and Dean Meredith released their debut breaks and disco house EP, "Git Back," in 1999. Since then, they have produced over two dozen singles and EPs and six albums. Check out their discography! It'll be the best in electro house and chiptunes all week! Lots coming up, so enjoy and stick around! |
